Blanca Moreno, DPT Class of 2009, is the recipient for the 2009 Minority Affairs Award from the American Physical Therapy Association, New York Chapter.  This award is given to only one student in New York State that is currently enrolled in a physical therapy educational program. The award recognizes outstanding contributions to the physical therapy profession. In addition, the award also provides $180 to be used for APTA membership dues.
