Proper Street Address Format:
When the words "North", "East", "South" and "West" are used as a prefix or suffix to a street name, the abbreviated form "N", "E", "W" or "S" must be used. (e.g., E 72ND STREET; CENTRAL PARK W)
Proper Intersection Format:
To indicate an intersection use the "&" or "@" symbols in place of the words "AND" or "AT". (e.g., E 42ND STREET & 3RD AVE;
E 42ND STREET @ 3RD AVE)
