Desmond Hosford (Director and role of Osmin) and Angèle Branca
(Associate Director and role of Bajazet) presented the American
premiere of Jean Racine's tragedy Bajazet on 18 February 2005 in a
fully staged production employing 17th-century tragic gesture,
declamation, staging, and costume.
