User Policy

Due to licensing restriction, the Opinio survey system is primarily for faculty and staff. Students can use SurveyMonkey for free at www.surveymonkey.com.

Opinio Survey’s information, documentation, and software are provided "as is" basis. Users of the software are responsible for the content, publishing surveys, managing survey security and responses.

Getting Started

Faculty and Staff: please email HelpDesk@gc.cuny.edu to request a survey user account.

Login to Opinio: https://survey.gc.cuny.edu/. Username and password are case sensitive.
