Introducing the Track-It! Self Service interface, a new option available to GC faculty and staff from Information Technology, offering you the ability to enter your own problem tickets and track them over time as they are updated by our User Services staff! Just click the Track-It! link below and you will find yourself in your own personalized Track-It! interface.
Select the “Add Work Order” link on the left of the page to submit a problem, or the “Manage your Work Order Requests” link in the center of the page to see any work orders you have already submitted. Clicking on the work order number will display all relevant information contained in the work order, including any updates posted by our technicians.
The new Self Service interface is the newest addition to our Help Desk services, however you can still call the IT Help Desk at (212) 817-7300 or contact us by chat for personalized online help through our msn live account gc.helpdesk@hotmail.com.
