Registration

Due to the size of the venue, the number of seats is limited and pre-registration will be closed at 80. Conference participants are therefore strongly encouraged to pre-register by sending an email to jk18cuny@gmail.com. Pre-registration will close on October 17, 2008 at midnight.

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Your name
  • Your affiliation
  • An email or phone contact
  • Indicate if you would like to attend the conference dinner on Friday, November 14th.(We have received outside funding for the dinner so any additional costs should be limited, but we need to have an accurate count of how many people will attend.)
  • Write "PRE-REGISTRATION" in the subject line.

    Pre-registration emails must be received by October 17, 2008. The pre-registration fees are $20 for students ($30 after October 17), and $35 for faculty ($50 after October 17). All registration fees will be collected upon arrival.
