Joyce Cho works on writing and staging plays that resist traditional staging and traditional structure. Come to the workshop and you'll find permission to write resistant plays.

Joyce Cho, a Brooklyn based radical playwrights posse dedicated to proposing solutions for new plays not written with a traditional dramaturgy or staging syntax. Funny, base, and deeply wrong, these plays all pursue experiments that challenge the conventions of playwriting as she is known. Their first collection of plays JOYCE CHO PLAYS is published by 53rd State Press and can be purchased through their website.
