Research Interests

General areas of research interest are ancient and medieval philosophy, and moral and political philosophy. Main current project is Aristotle's Other Ethics, which is a study of writings on ethics found in the Aristotelian corpus besides the famous Nicomachean Ethics, to wit the Eudemian Ethics, the Magna Moralia, and the On Virtues and Vices. Most recent publication is a transcription and translation of Aristotle's lately discovered Constitution or Regime of the Americans (Amerikanon Politeia).
