Admissions > Financial Assistance

Financial aid for doctoral matriculants consists of fellowships, grants, assistantships, loans, and college work-study assignments. Special fellowships for minority students are also available.

Financial aid varies from year to year, but typically we have two Chancellor's Fellowships (teaching positions), and 10 of the new Clinical Fellowships (working as a therapist at the various counseling centers within the CUNY system).

More information on the Magnet Fellowship available here.

All awards are made on the basis of need and merit.
