CUNY Graduate Center Advocate  

The Advocate is the newspaper of the CUNY Graduate center and is published six times a year (once a month for three months in the Fall and Spring semesters). We print 1,000 copies and reach about 2,000 readers with each print edition. A regularly updated website also exists for the paper (http://web.gc.cuny.edu/advocate).

The Advocate's readership consists of students at the Graduate Center who tend to be in their thirties or late twenties. Graduate Center students are often at our building at 35th St. and 5th Avenue many days a week and are therefore an ideal target audience for restaurants and other businesses in the area. They also tend to be very culturally sophisticated and constitute a good target audience for Broadway shows, plays and other musical and cultural events.

Advertisers generally looking to reach a well-educated midtown Manhattan audiene of scholars, writers, and scientists will find the Advocate a good place to advertise.
