About Bildner |
Help support the Bildner Center! The Bildner Center for Western Hemisphere Studies advances the study of issues connecting the peoples of the Americas. To that end, it organizes research, events, and publications. The Center’s main activities aim at research excellence, policy relevance, and outreach. As part of The Graduate Center and the City University of New York, the Bildner Center fosters the education of graduate and undergraduate students and contributes to the strengthening academic programs. It also relies on the splendid facilities of The Graduate Center to organize cultural events. Your contributions to the Bildner Center make a great difference. They give vital support to worthy and exciting programs, while providing opportunities for student training and the development of studies of Western Hemisphere societies and issues. Donors normally make their tax-deductive gifts through cash donations. Some patrons may like to take advantage of giving through naming opportunities (for instance, specific fellowships or internships, and funds for cultural events, publications, and the like). Besides cash, donations can also take the form of gifts of appreciated stock, IRA distributions, bequests, matching gifts or gifts in kind, and charitable gift annuities.
