Eduardo Graeff is involved with the development of the policy paradigm known as Progressive Governance. His talk will draw from his knowledge of Social Democratic approaches in Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay. Eduardo Graeff co-authored essay (with Vilmar Faria), "Progressive Governance for the 21st Century: The Brazilian Experience" (Brasília: 2000) will be available to participants (send email to request PDF format).
