SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT
Regarding Spring 2003 Proposals

In consultation with the CUNY Office of Academic Affairs, we have decided that the upcoming Spring 2003 Faculty Development round will give special consideration to proposals that emphasize instructional technology (IT), either as a form for delivery of specific academic content or as a technical and pedagogical strategy for improving teaching and learning at CUNY. Although non-IT faculty development proposals will also be considered in the Spring round, they will need to be of the highest quality to receive Faculty Development funding. If you are interested in submitting a Spring proposal that involves instructional technology or have any other questions, please contact Associate Provost Stephen Brier at sbrier@gc.cuny.edu or at 212-817-7290.

The Request for Proposals is intended to widen the search for ideas for projects from faculty throughout CUNY. Seminars and colloquia that promote innovation, especially as it relates to the improvement of teaching and learning, are especially welcome. Projects that are interdisciplinary in nature are also encouraged, as well as those that involve collaborations between the various colleges of the University.

The following is a checklist of items you need to submit a proposal. Clicking on any of the blue items will open a pop-up window containing that form for you to print. Once you have printed the item, close the window and move on to the next item.

All forms are in Adobe Acrobat format. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view them:
