Human Sexuality Collection
The Human Sexuality Collection at Cornell University Library recently
announced its acquisition of the records of the national offices of Parents, Families, and
Friends of Lesbians and Gays (PFLAG) as well as a series of letters from Indonesian
teenagers to the "Friends of Youth" program founded by Professor Sarlito
Sarwano. The Human Sexuality Collection, which also houses the first records from the
National Lesbian and Gay Health Association and the records of the National Gay and
Lesbian Task Force, has strong holdings on lesbian and gay activism and personal stories
of AIDS from the gay community. Curator Brenda J. Marston indicates that the collection
will be focusing efforts on building collections on women and pornography as well as on
the lives and sexual politics of lesbian and bisexual women. For more information about
the collection, please contact: Brenda J. Marston, Human Sexuality Collection, 2B Carl A.
