Alex Piquero received his BA, MA, and PhD from the University of Maryland-College Park in Criminology & Criminal Justice. His research interests include criminal careers, criminological theory, quantitative research methods, and policing. He has published over one hundred peer-reviewed articles, numerous book chapters, and several books. He has won awards for his research, teaching, and service, and is currently Executive Counselor with the American Society of Criminology. |
