Anthony Carpi received his PhD in Environmental Toxicology from Cornell University. Broad research interests: 1) Investigating the biogeochemical cycling of heavy metals, especially mercury, toward understanding the pending effects of climate change on pollutant transport; 2) Examining the release of trace airborne pollutants from natural and anthropogenic sources in urban environments; 3) Enhancing undergraduate teaching in the nature and process of scientific investigation; and 4) Environmental Forensics. |
