Diplomas

The program office keeps diplomas for all students who did not pick theirs up—dating back to the beginning of the program—so you can still get yours by contacting us at 212.817.8220 to confirm our office hours, and then planning to come in for it.

Students who have relocated outside of New York can arrange to have their diploma mailed to them as follows:

1. Notify the CUNY Baccalaureate Registrar in writing that you give permission for your diploma to be mailed to you and that you take full responsibility for the condition of its receipt.
2. Send a self addressed and stamped envelope (United States Post Office only). Note that the diploma size is 16" x 13" and weighs less than 1 lb.

Please send all documents to: CUNY Baccalaureate for Unique and Interdisciplinary Studies, 365 Fifth Avenue, Suite 6412, New York, NY 10016-4309. Again, remember that the program is not responsible for your diploma if it is lost or damaged in the mail should you choose this option.

Replacement Diplomas
If you lose or damage your diploma, you can request a new one. Write to the program's Registrar. The cost is $30.00 (check or money order, made out to "CUNY Baccalaureate"). Replacement diplomas are ordered by the program office three times a year, at the same time that the graduating class diplomas are ordered, usually in August, October and February.
