All CUNY students, past and present remember that there was never enough funding: not enough fellowships (so students need to work several jobs at once), not enough library money (so students become experts in ferreting out the holdings of a variety of libraries), and not enough activities money (so students become ingenious at organizing projects on a shoestring). The program has been in operation for over 25 years, long enough for us to have a sense of its history. Let's make it easier for the next generation of students.
