Registration

Due to the size of the venue, the number of seats is limited and pre-registration will be closed at 80. Conference participants are therefore strongly encouraged to pre-register by sending an email to jk18cuny@gmail.com. Pre-registration will close on October 17, 2008 at midnight.

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Your name
  • Your affiliation (student or faculty)
  • An email or phone contact
  • Indicate if you would like to attend the conference dinner on Thurdsay, November 13th.
    (The dinner is free for speakers/posters/reviewers who pre-register. For everyone else who pre-registers, the price is $10. For anyone who registers after October 17th, the price is $25.)
  • Write "PRE-REGISTRATION" in the subject line.

    Pre-registration emails must be received by October 17, 2008. The pre-registration fees are $20 for students ($30 after October 17), and $35 for faculty ($50 after October 17). All registration fees will be collected upon arrival.
