Dr. Higuero is a Professor at Wayne State University (Detroit, Michigan) where he teaches Twentieth-century literature of Spain (essay, fiction and narrative of ideas, short story, poetry, theater and autobiographical writing), literary theory and criticism, women and cultural studies, mystical literature of the Golden Age, Spanish American essay and theater.
