The IT User Services Department provides hardware and software support for computers and printers
throughout The Graduate Center. Technicians provide phone support and desk-side
assistance to resolve all issues related to supporting computing hardware
and network connectivity. Student Consultants help users resolve common
issues and manage incoming phone calls to the Help Desk.
Many additional resources and important announcements are available on The Graduate Center Tech Support Wiki as well as via the Help Desk telephone number (212-817-7300). Users are encouraged to take advantage of those resources as well.
