Seventh Annual CUNY/SUNY/NYU Miniconference on Linguistics is a conference
organized by students, featuring the faculty and student speakers selected
from each of the three schools: The Graduate Center of the City of New
York, The State University of New York at Stony Brook, and New York University.
The scope of the conference includes all areas of
both theoretical and applied linguistics, with presentations
chosen to reflect the wide range of linguistic studies currently undertaken
in the New York area.
The Mini-conference will take place on Saturday, March 4, 2006, at the
CUNY Graduate Center on 34th Street and Fifth Avenue. The first talk
is scheduled to begin at 10:00. The complete program will be made available
in mid February. The deadline for abstract submission is January 16,
2006.
