Richard Schickel in Conversation with Gary Giddins
Gary Giddins will interview film critic Richard Schickel, the leading documentarian of great directors from Charlie Chaplin to Martin Scorsese. Schickel was a film critic for Life and Time for more than four decades, and his many books include biographies of D.W. Griffith, Walt Disney, Marlon Brando, and Clint Eastwood. His latest book is Steven Spielberg: A Retrospective (2012).
