Through its grassroots structure and leadership the Association serves and influences over 10,000 members.consisting of a network of 40 groups called Guadalupano Committees. Tepeyac also sponsors events such as the Marathon de la Batalla de Puebla (The Marathon of the Battle of Puebla) for the fifth of May (Cinco de Mayo) in which over 2,000 runners participate. Annual Three Kings' Day Parade — The Three Kings' Day celebration in January is sponsored by El Museo del Barrio.
