The Office of the Dean for Interdisciplinary Studies encourages and enhances awareness of and commitment to interdisciplinary teaching and learning opportunities throughout The Graduate Center’s doctoral, certificate, and IDS programs and concentrations. The Office supervises the GC’s Interdisciplinary Studies Concentrations and the M.A. in Liberal Studies and also sponsors ongoing series of lectures, presentations, and colloquia that build interdisciplinary conversations across CUNY.
