Presentations of papers. Each participant will have 20 minutes for the presentation of paper, followed by 10 minutes discussion. It is responsibility of the session chair that no participant takes for the presentation more than 30 minutes, since parallel sessions have to be time coordinated. Participants should inform the organizer about the technical equipment needed during their presentations. As a courtesy to session chairs, it is recommended that participants send their papers as an email attachment to the conference organizer (at the address bellow), who will forward them to the appropriate chairperson. All presentations of papers will be recorded for archival purposes.

Conference program with abstracts of papers will be printed in late September 2003, and participants should send possible changes of titles and abstracts no later than 1 September 2003.

Conference Proceedings: Papers presented at the conference will be published in vols. 29 & 31 of Music in Art, journal of the Research Center for Music Iconography, and should reach the editor not later than 31 January 2004. Participants are encouraged to prepare for publication unabridged version of the paper, rather then submitting the version presented at the conference. Submission should be accompanied by the final version of the abstract (which will be published with the essay) and a short autobiographical note. Photographs accompanying the article should be black/white with glossy finish. Bibliographical references and captions for illustrations must follow the format outlined in the journal's Style Sheet. If they are not in the required format, the essay will be returned to the author for a revision.
