Five year support packages
Annual Stipend | Full Tuition Waiver | Diversity

The five-year CUNY Science Scholarship (CSS) provides $24,000 annually, tuition and low-cost health insurance. Renewal of the scholarship each year is contingent upon satisfactory academic progress and maintaining full-time doctoral study registration each semester of the award. First-year graduate students do not teach, but there is a small service component related to professional development. In years 2-5 of your CSS award, you may have teaching and/or research assignments.
