Confidentiality

All aspects of an individual’s contacts with the PCAD Center are strictly confidential in keeping with the standards of general clinical practice. This includes phone contact, application for counseling, content of sessions, and any information you have given us in the context of obtaining our services. Information regarding your personal treatment records will only be released in response to your written request or with your written authorization. The records of the PCAD Center are not part of your academic records. A full statement regarding confidentiality policies can be obtained through our office.
