Sheila Stowell is the leader organizer for
the organization, Community Voices Heard, an organization that provides
services and helps low income people living in poverty, especially women
and families. The organization helps them learn how to and want to improve
upon their lives. Welfare reform is the primary focus of the Community
Voices Heard organization. (brief interview)
