Rachel Donadio - Writer and Editor of The New York Times Book Review
Rachel Donadio photo

Since 2004, Rachel Donadio has been a writer and editor at the New York Times Book Review, where she writes essays and profiles and edits book reviews. She previously covered culture and politics as a reporter at the New York Observer, the New York Sun, the Forward and the International Herald Tribune's Italy Daily in Milan. A 1996 graduate of Yale University, where she graduated with honors in Humanities, she has written on books and intellectual life for The New York Times Magazine, Lingua Franca, ArtNews and Nextbook. She has also worked as a translator and a tour guide in Italy. She lives in Brooklyn.
